- Architect and own our CI/CD pipelines, optimizing for maximum speed and reliability
- Develop and lead the strategy for our scalable, resilient Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Ansible
- Mentor and empower teammates, setting the standard for technical excellence and collaborative problem-solving
- Proactively evolve our infrastructure, identifying and eliminating bottlenecks before they become issues
- Champion and implement monitoring, alerting, and incident response strategies to ensure service reliability
- Master and optimize our hybrid-cloud environment (GCP/Hetzner) for seamless integration and performance
- Lead our automation efforts, systematically reducing manual work to accelerate the development lifecycle
- Extensive hands-on experience (5-7+ years) in DevOps or Cloud Engineering, with a track record of leading complex projects
- Deep expertise in Python, Docker, and Linux, with proven experience managing hybrid-cloud infrastructure (e.g., GCP, Hetzner, AWS)
- A strategic mindset with strong practical experience in designing and managing CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
- Mastery of Infrastructure as Code principles and tools, with a strong preference for Ansible
- A natural leader and communicator, fluent in English, with a passion for mentoring and working across teams to solve meaningful challenges
- You are pragmatic, proactive, and thrive on taking ownership in a lean, impactful DevOps environment
- Bonus: Familiarity with Odoo environments, Sentry, SonarQube, or data orchestration tools
