Architect and own our CI/CD pipelines, optimizing for maximum speed and reliability
Develop and lead the strategy for our scalable, resilient Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Ansible
Mentor and empower teammates, setting the standard for technical excellence and collaborative problem-solving
Proactively evolve our infrastructure, identifying and eliminating bottlenecks before they become issues
Champion and implement monitoring, alerting, and incident response strategies to ensure service reliability
Master and optimize our hybrid-cloud environment (GCP/Hetzner) for seamless integration and performance
Lead our automation efforts, systematically reducing manual work to accelerate the development lifecycle

Requirements

Extensive hands-on experience (5-7+ years) in DevOps or Cloud Engineering, with a track record of leading complex projects
Deep expertise in Python, Docker, and Linux, with proven experience managing hybrid-cloud infrastructure (e.g., GCP, Hetzner, AWS)
A strategic mindset with strong practical experience in designing and managing CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
Mastery of Infrastructure as Code principles and tools, with a strong preference for Ansible
A natural leader and communicator, fluent in English, with a passion for mentoring and working across teams to solve meaningful challenges
You are pragmatic, proactive, and thrive on taking ownership in a lean, impactful DevOps environment
Bonus: Familiarity with Odoo environments, Sentry, SonarQube, or data orchestration tools
