- Identify potential brand partnership opportunities aligned with the company's strategic objectives and target audience.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to evaluate potential partners, considering market trends, competitive landscape, and audience demographics.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective brand partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, negotiations, and ongoing communication.
- Lead negotiations with prospective partners to develop mutually beneficial agreements, including terms of collaboration, financial arrangements, and performance metrics.
- Draft, review, and finalise partnership contracts and agreements in collaboration with legal and finance teams.
- Collaborative Campaign Development:Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including social media, product marketing, influencer collaborations, and brand creative teams, to develop innovative partnership campaigns and initiatives.
- Ensure alignment of partnership activities with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of brand partnerships.
- Monitor partnership performance, analyse results, and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to internal stakeholders and partners.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company's values and interests in all partnership activities and interactions.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the company's partnership network and visibility.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in developing and managing brand partnerships
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing brand partnerships, preferably in a relevant industry or sector.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract negotiation and management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of brand positioning, market dynamics, and consumer behaviour.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and collaboration.
- Knowledge of the campervan rental industry is a plus
