To help us build a pain-free world, powered by technology, enhanced by people - accessible to all.Algorithms Team:Our Algorithms team is a technically versatile Software Engineering team that thrives at solving complex and ambiguous problems, implementing real-time algorithms that process different types of data - they are the team that builds the engine of our Digital Therapist, the ones behind our motion tracking, either with motion sensors or computer vision.To do what:

Lead and manage a team of 1-3 Software Engineers by assigning tasks, overseeing the team's work, and ensuring the attainment of the set goals;
Lead the efforts to develop accurate, real-time Human Motion Tracking in mobile devices, playing an important role in defining technical strategy while also being hands-on;
Grow our Computer Vision function by defining and promoting best practices and sharing knowledge and experience;
Stay up-to-date with the state of the art and identify opportunities for technical improvements;
Own all activities related to the professional and personal development of the team and foster an environment for effective collaboration.

Our ideal candidate has:

5+ years of experience in solving problems with Computer Vision;
End-to-end experience training Deep Learning models;
Previous experience in growing and mentoring a team;
Experience leading and owning complex projects from ideation to completion and maintenance;
Strong awareness of the state of the art of Computer Vision, especially for mobile applications;
Ability to prioritize and solve issues according to the team's direction and goals.

Bonus points for:

Experience working in a fast-paced environment and wearing different hats;
Experience with transfer learning or fine-tuning Computer Vision models;
Experience optimizing model inference time to the hardware they are running in.
