Ensure maintenance and support of the Duck Creek platform
Develop system enhancements and evolutionary improvements
Resolve incidents according to the KPIs and SLAs defined by the client
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective solutions
Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle: analysis, implementation, and testing

Required Skills:

Knowledge of SQL Server databases
Good teamwork skills and a problem-solving mindset
