Fully remote Senior Salesforce Platform Developer role. We are looking a Salesforce Platform expert to aid on designing and implementing scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet business requirements of this fast growing fintech. The company is committed to leveraging advanced tools and platforms to enhance its business processes.DescriptionThis Senior Salesforce Platform Developer will be responsible for:

Bridge the tech to API-first architecture.
Design and implement new Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
Develop custom applications and integrations using Salesforce Platform App Builder and Platform Developer tools.
Ensure data security and compliance by applying Sharing & Visibility Designer principles.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse requirements.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Optimize Salesforce platform performance and scalability.
Maintain documentation for system architecture and development processes.
Stay updated on Salesforce best practices and emerging technologies.

ProfileA successful Senior Salesforce Platform should have:

Proven experience in Salesforce development and architecture, favouring certifications in Platform App Builder and Platform Developer I/II.
API-first architecture com
CI/CD applied to Salesforce (GitHub Actions, SFDX)
Object Model, Custom Metadata, Flows, Triggers e Permission Sets
Expertise in Sharing & Visibility Designer principles to ensure secure and compliant solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Excellent communication skills in English.
