Job DescriptionLocation: Lisbon, PortugalRole: German speaking Accounts Receivable SpecialistSalary: Gross annual salary package: 27,076 € plus potential monthly performance bonus of 226 € gross.Working Hrs: 40 Hours per week - Mon to Fri between 8am - 5pmOverview of the company:Our client is a medical technology company that delivers a range of products, software, and solutions designed to empower healthcare providers in facilitating remarkable outcomes for their patients.The Role:As an Accounts Receivable Specialist you will be process and apply incoming payments accurately to customer accounts and their transfer to general accounting. You will also check outstanding amounts and customer solvency, block and unblock orders following the manager’s guidance and reconcile payments received with outstanding invoices. In this role you will have customer contact in regards to billing inquiries and resolve outstanding issues. Besides this, you will monitor and manage overdue accounts. Implement effective collection strategies to minimize outstanding receivables and collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve payment issues and disputes.
Part of your role will focus on preparing regular reports on accounts receivable status and contribute to month-end and year-end closing activities.Requirements

Fluent in German and English
Previous relevant experience in accounts receivable or finance.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy

On offerMonthly gross salary of 1,934 euro (paid out 14x a year) plus 226 euro bonus potential per month.
