Engage with clients to understand their business processes and identify Salesforce CPQ needs.
Analyze client requirements and business challenges to recommend tailored Salesforce CPQ solutions.
Provide expertise on Salesforce CPQ functionality, features, and potential limitations.
Design and present Salesforce CPQ solutions to stakeholders, clearly articulating the benefits and strategic fit.
Collaborate with Salesforce developers and other IT professionals to ensure accurate implementation of chosen CPQ solutions.
Oversee the Salesforce CPQ customization and configuration process to meet client specifications.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to facilitate effective Salesforce CPQ adoption.
Provide ongoing support and advice to clients, including troubleshooting and optimization of Salesforce CPQ applications.
Stay current with the latest Salesforce CPQ trends and innovations to provide informed recommendations.
Document all consultancy activities, including client interactions, recommendations made, and feedback received.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Salesforce CPQ Consultant, Business Analyst, or similar role in IT or software consulting.

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ development and documentation.

• Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ deployment and project lifecycle management.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for client-facing interaction.

• Ability to translate complex technical information into understandable terms for non-technical clients.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients or projects simultaneously.
