- Design and present Salesforce CPQ solutions to stakeholders, clearly articulating the benefits and strategic fit.
- Collaborate with Salesforce developers and other IT professionals to ensure accurate implementation of chosen CPQ solutions.
- Oversee the Salesforce CPQ customization and configuration process to meet client specifications.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to facilitate effective Salesforce CPQ adoption.
- Provide ongoing support and advice to clients, including troubleshooting and optimization of Salesforce CPQ applications.
- Stay current with the latest Salesforce CPQ trends and innovations to provide informed recommendations.
- Document all consultancy activities, including client interactions, recommendations made, and feedback received.
- • Proven experience as a Salesforce CPQ Consultant, Business Analyst, or similar role in IT or software consulting.
- • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ development and documentation.
- • Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ deployment and project lifecycle management.
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for client-facing interaction.
- • Ability to translate complex technical information into understandable terms for non-technical clients.
- • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients or projects simultaneously.
