You are responsible for creating the next generation of Airbag System Architecture;
You define the system design in order to specify discipline requirements for Software, Hardware and Mechanics using model-based system engineering (MBSE - SysML/Rhapsody);
In cooperation with customer teams and product management you monitor market and trends to derive airbag overall system requirements;
You are part of a complete new team and should drive its growth;
You'll be working in the next generation Airbag platform development actively supporting customer projects as an expert;
You work in an international Airbag development team with locations in Europe, India, China, Japan, and USA;
You define and optimize the system development processes, methods and tools;
You drive and moderate interdisciplinary system development teams.

QualificationsWhat distinguishes you:

You have a university degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering;
You have a background in embedded systems or preferably systems engineering, including requirements engineering, architecture design, model-based system engineering (MBSE);
You have knowledge in functional safety and/or cybersecurity;
You are a team player with excellent communication skills in English and have a strong sense of responsibility;
Your style of working is structured, with a strong ability to find the right level of abstraction;
Most importantly, you are motivated to improve by continuous learning.
