- Assist in the organization and monitor the administrative processes related to franchises, namely with regard to organizing and keeping the documents and contracts of the franchisees up to date.
- Support the team in performance analysis, preparing reports and support indicators.
- Collaborate with the team in communicating and supporting franchisees, ensuring that the franchisor's guidelines are properly transmitted and implemented.
- Ensure compliance with deadlines and operational processes.
- Assist in the coordination of training and the dissemination of good operational practices among franchises, strengthening our brand as a whole;
- Support in continuous improvement projects in franchise management, identifying possible areas of optimization.
- Higher education in Economics, Administration or related fields;
- Proactivity - you will take the initiative in situations that require action, so we count on your ease of interaction and focus on the solution;
- Interest in learning about the franchise industry and food retail operations;
- Good communication and teamwork skills - you will be in contact with different interlocutors, as well as collaborate with different teams;
- Good analytical, organizational and attention to detail skills - especially because you will be dealing with reports and data and it is important that you are able to analyze and organize information clearly;
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, so you can analyze data more efficiently and visualize information clearly.
