Trade Marketing ExecutiveJob Purpose:Implements channel specific trade marketing strategies and plans for assigned customers to drive sales and ensure brand growth within the category.Key Responsibilities:Under the supervision of the Line Manager:

Drive & facilitate smooth and effective implementation of trade marketing plans to increase sales and ensure products growth within the category;
Analyse product sell through results by segment and make recommendations to increase sales;
Identify and develop Point of Sales tools to increase brand presence, market share and improve customer satisfaction;
Work closely with the commercial teams to ensure that trade marketing strategies are aligned with sales targets and to create trade marketing initiatives calendar;
Monitor trade marketing activities to evaluate effectiveness and execution of targets;
Assist, support and organize trade fairs, promotions, events and road shows;
Assist in preparation and negotiation of proposals for contracts.

Role Requirements:

Degree in Marketing/ Management or equivalent;
1 year' experience in similar position;
Business acumen embraced with good communication skills;
Good analytical skills, partnered with positive attitude and high learning agility;
Advance Office user: excel and powerpoint;
Good team player, able to work with colleagues at all levels to achieve business objectives;
Good knowledge of SAP will be a plus.
