- Manage and grow B2B client portfolios via phone, email, or chat
- Provide smart advertising or marketing solutions tailored to business goals
- Onboard new advertisers or upsell services to existing users
- Build solid customer relationships and overcome objections with ease
- Work with performance goals and contribute to a high-impact team
- English fluency at C1 level or higher - that's the only language requirement
- Experience in sales, marketing, or customer support is a plus, not a must
- Comfortable speaking on the phone and engaging new people
- Motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn
- Must have EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
- Full training program (2 to 4 weeks depending on the project)
- 12-month renewable contract; permanent after 2 years
- Monthly bonus based on performance (up to EUR 300 or EUR 900 quarterly)
