- Identify and escalate potential risks or policy violations
- Help maintain a safe and welcoming online environment for users

- Location: Lisbon, Portugal
- Work Model:
- On-site (office onboarding + scheduled in-office shifts), or
- Remote within Portugal (after training)
- Relocation Support: Available for candidates relocating from anywhere in Europe
- Schedule: Full-time, rotational shifts (24/7 availability required, including weekends and holidays)
- Training: 10 working days of paid training in English
- Proficiency in Hebrew (C1) and English (C1)
- Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Resilience and emotional maturity to work with sensitive content
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
- Eligibility: Only candidates with:
- An EU passport, or
- A valid Portuguese work or residency permit
