Providing pre and post- sale advice and support via phone, email and live chat to help them grow their business will be part of your responsibility.We are looking for candidates who have:- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in French- Good knowledge of English (B2 level)- Previous customer service experience- Flexible- Willingness to learn- Interest in digital marketingSelection process can be done remotely via online video conferencing.
