- Actively participate in technology-driven projects focused on optimizing operations through the ServiceNow platform.
- Plan, execute, and coordinate project activities, providing guidance to junior team members, using an Agile approach.
- Manage daily client interactions and translate business requirements into high-quality, scalable development solutions.
- Share knowledge and support junior colleagues in achieving team objectives.
- Create and maintain project documentation and provide technical support to national and international clients.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Angular JS, HTML, CSS, and experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
- 2-3 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation (minimum of two full project rollouts).
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (preferential).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with fluency in English (spoken and written).
