- Full control of the whole customer sales cycle. Liaise with other teams to maximise your chance of success.

- Become an expert on our portfolio of housing and services.
- Learn how to work with activity and output targets to ensure your and your team's success.
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program or recent graduate.
- Full-working proficiency in English and German is required, Portuguese, Italian, or Spanish is a plus.
- Some international background through work and/or study abroad is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in navigating social media platforms.
- Customer-focused mindset and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional member experiences.
- Self-accountable and able to work independently without well-worn paths or established protocols.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
