- Responding to customer inquiries and documenting relevant case information
- Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction
- Assisting with general inquiries, and technical support issues
- Appropriately addressing customer escalations and accurately documenting the process
- Collaborating with other technicians to resolve or properly close tickets
- Maintaining the internal ticketing system in English
- As a representative of the company, you will uphold the company's values and contribute to maintaining a positive brand reputation.
- Native-level French language skills (C2) + fluent English
- Experience in customer/technical support is an advantage
- Patience to communicate and solve issues
- Willingness to work on weekends
- Handle all data and personal information with the utmost confidentiality
- Proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player
- **All applicants must have an EU passport or a valid residence permit.
- Work in the office in Lisbon, Porto, or Homeoffice in Portugal
- Decent monthly salary paid 12 times a year (1166 € base + 100 € Skill Adder + 152 € in meal allowances)
- Relocation: Flight reimbursement up to 400 € after 6 months, long-term accommodation (for 280 € monthly), administrative support, pick up from the airport.
- Monday-Sunday 08:00-19:00 working hours, no late or night shifts
