Implement and monitor HSE policies and operational programs in the warehouse, ensuring alignment with safety standards;
Conduct regular checks to ensure warehouse activities comply with HSE practices and cGMP requirements;
Ensure adherence to the quality policy by warehouse teams and maintain updated departmental IOPs;
Manage material supply to meet production and internal client schedules efficiently;
Introduce and apply new warehouse processes and methodologies based on company guidelines;
Coordinate engineering projects for facility improvements and corrective actions;
Lead digital transformation initiatives, collaborating with global functions and IT to enhance operations;
Analyze logistics data to generate reports that support resource optimization and continuous improvement;
Support audits and inspections, implementing necessary changes and investigating incidents with corrective actions;
Train and guide warehouse teams, make informed decisions, and ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, and HSE standards.

We are looking to recruit a Candidate::

University qualification in Business Administration, Logistics, Chemical Engineering or similar field;
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse management in chemical industry;
Strong understanding of cGMP and GDP regulations and knowledge of logistics operations;
Knowledge in SAP Warehouse management modules;
Fluency in English is a requirement;
Computer literate with good working knowledge of the MS Office package;
