Founded in 1892, Schmitz Cargobull has established a strong reputation for quality, innovation, and engineering excellence in the logistics and transportation industry.Descriçăo da ofertaFinance Back Office Support - Junior or Recent Graduate - Global Business Services - SantarémDescriptionResponsibilities- Support of Schmitz Cargobull Subsidiaries across Europe in daily sales administration of Schmitz Cargobull's products and services:o New and Used Trailerso Spare Partso Service Contracts (Telematics, Full Service)- Daily work in SAP (sales, purchasing, invoicing, administration)- Daily work in CRM- Daily communication and cooperation with international colleagues- Reporting for Subsidiaries and Management on a regular basisProfileProfile- Higher education in Accounting, Economics or Management (recently finished)- Fluent English, both written and spoken (German, Spanish, French or Italian would be considered an advantage)- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel in particular)- High attention to detail and analytical skills- Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills - Flexibility in terms of support for projects, when required- Willingness to learn and expand your expertiseJob Offer- Integration into a solid multinational and multicultural team;- Training and further education, e.g. in the form of a junior staff program or training courses;- Contract without termination;- Health insurance.O que procuramos
