You'll work closely with various departments to ensure flawless tax operations, enabling our company to meet its financial obligations efficiently. From preparing tax advisory for cross-border projects to coordinating with auditors and consultants, you will be at the forefront of ensuring our tax compliance is rigorously maintained. Advise the Siemens Energy group companies in corporate tax law with a focus on cross-border projects. Collaborate interdisciplinary with international teams.
In this context, you will work closely with the project managers as well as internal and external consultants to develop customized project setups and reflect comprehensive tax requirements promptly.
Actively assist in the tax structuring of international matters and be our contact person when it comes to tax support for special cross-border issues (e.g. tax law changes with an international dimension).
Draft tax opinions and internal group guidelines on international tax law issues and coordinate collaboration with the external consultants in your area of responsibility.
Be a front-runner in digitalization of tax advisory.
Work with tax auditors and ensure successful closure of tax audits

What You Bring

More than 5 years of experience in International Corporate Taxation, ideally in Big Four consulting or large manufacturing companies.
A bachelor's or master's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CA qualification with proven expertise in tax audits, assessments and compliance.
Proficiency in English is required, and German is a strong plus
You thrive in dynamic environments, engaging confidently with partners across cultures and subject areas. A collaborative approach with the ability to work seamlessly with various departments and external advisors. Strong written and verbal communication, networking, and negotiation skills help you connect and collaborate effectively.
Outstanding digitalization skills to build streamlined tax processes.
Ambitious and determined to efficiently implement tax strategies and internal controls to mitigate compliance risks.
