As a Senior Technical Landscape Owner, you are part of an SAP Technology expert team who are responsible for all customer SAP landscapes. You are supporting the Head of Technical Service Management in landscape management, optimizing processes and improving the end-user experienceWHAT YOU BRING:

Familiarity with SAP system administration tools of NetWeaver and non-NetWeaver based systems.
Solid experience in technical planning, implementation and integration of SAP solutions
Good knowledge of the entire SAP technology stack: NetWeaver, DB, OS
Experience with hyperscalers (Azure / AWS).
Strong communication skills – written and verbal
Can-do attitude, customer first and collaborative mindset
Capacity to continuously acquire new knowledge in an independent, proactive way

Strong focus on quality, customer success and driven by results
Analytical and solution-oriented thinking

MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS:

7+ years in customer facing and technical roles
A bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Management, or related field.
Expert in industry and standards and methodologies for operations (ITIL v3, CCoE, ITSM, TCO and E2E Operations / Run SAP, ALM) – certifications in any of these topics are a big plus

LANGUAGE SKILLS

English (advanced/fluent written & spoken).
Additional languages like German, Spanish or Hindi are a plus.
