With unwavering support and an entrepreneurial spirit, our global teamwork transcends boundaries and turns shared visions into reality.Job DescriptionWe are looking for an SAP Plant Maintenance Integration consultant to lead the design, integration, and delivery of maintenance-related processes in a complex life sciences digital transformation program. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in SAP PM and cross-functional integration, capable of aligning business objectives with compliant and efficient technical solutions.What You Will Be Doing:

Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) processes within an S/4HANA landscape.
Oversee integration of PM with key modules such as MM, QM, EAM, FI/CO, and Asset Management.
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate operational maintenance needs into scalable SAP solutions.
Drive blueprinting, fit-gap analysis, solution design, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
Ensure adherence to GxP, validation, and compliance standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide subject matter expertise on preventive maintenance, work order management, equipment hierarchies, and calibration processes.
Interface with external systems (e.g., MES, EHS, or IoT platforms) as part of the digital maintenance ecosystem.
Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, both onshore and offshore.
Support change management, user training, and documentation efforts.

Qualifications

12+ years of experience with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), including full-cycle implementations and S/4HANA transformation programs.
Strong background in cross-functional integration (MM, QM, FI/CO, Asset Management, and EHS).
Hands-on experience with technical integration to external systems (e.g., MES, calibration tools, or third-party maintenance platforms).
Deep understanding of maintenance best practices, reliability engineering, and asset lifecycle management.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
