- Handle complaints: In instances of customer complaints, you'll actively listen to their concerns, empathize with their situation, and work towards finding suitable resolutions while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor throughout the interaction.
- Native proficiency in French
- B2 proficiency in English
- Previous experience in Customer Service or Contact Centre (preferred)
- Previous experience in the banking/financial sector (preferred)
- Formal speech and excellent writing skills (mandatory)
