You'll ensure timely follow-up on customer requests, maintain commitments, and collaborate closely with internal teams, offering suggestions to optimize our internal processes. Handling both inbound and outbound calls, as well as back-office tasks, will be part of your responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:
  • Address and manage cases and tasks from our main queue, chat, and email: You'll be responsible for promptly responding to and resolving customer inquiries and requests received through various channels, including our main queue, chat platform, and email system.
  • Respond to customer questions: You'll deliver accurate and timely responses to customer queries, ensuring their concerns are addressed and resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Handle complaints: In instances of customer complaints, you'll actively listen to their concerns, empathize with their situation, and work towards finding suitable resolutions while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor throughout the interaction.
Qualifications:
  • Native proficiency in French
  • B2 proficiency in English
  • Previous experience in Customer Service or Contact Centre (preferred)
  • Previous experience in the banking/financial sector (preferred)
  • Formal speech and excellent writing skills (mandatory)
