By including everyone and ensuring equal opportunities we unleash our full potential.Job DescriptionYour contribution to something big:MLOps Strategy & Architecture:Collaborate on the MLOps strategy for our hybrid cloud environment, ensuring alignment with business objectives, security requirements, and best practicesCollaborate on the technical design of a MLOps platform that provides a self-service approach to the MLOps loop problems, such as data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, model validation, model deployment, model monitoringEvaluate and select appropriate MLOps tools and technologiesDevelop and maintain comprehensive documentation for MLOps processes and infrastructureHybrid ML-loop Implementation:Design and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions for provisioning and managing cloud and on-premises resources using TerraformImplement robust security measures to protect sensitive Data and ML models in both cloud and on-premises environmentsImplement and/or integrate tools to deliver the full MLOps loopDevelop and implement monitoring dashboards and alerts to proactively identify and resolve MLOps platform issuesCollaboration & Leadership:Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and infrastructure teams to deliver a high-quality MLOps solutionProvide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineersCommunicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including technical and non-technical audiencesStay up to date with the latest MLOps trends and technologiesParticipate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practicesQualificationsEducation:MSc or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning or a related fieldExperience:

3+ years of experience in MLOps, Data Engineering or similar roles, with a strong focus on AI/ML use-cases

Technical Skills:

Proven experience designing, implementing, integrating, and maintaining Data infrastructure and MLOps solutions
Strong knowledge of Cloud solutions, preferably Azure
Experience with on-premises infrastructure management, including server management, networking, and storage
Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and Apache Airflow
Strong scripting and automation skills, such as Python and Bash
Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably GitHub Actions
Proficiency in IaC tools, preferably Terraform

Soft Skills:

Excellent problem-solving skills
Effective communication skills, team player, and capable of collaborating across functional areas
Proactive, customer and result-oriented personality
Fluent in English, written and spoken
Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments
