🎯 Opportunity: Financial Controller (M/F)Adecco Permanent Recruitment is looking for a Financial Controller to join a leading multinational in the port and logistics sector.If you have experience in auditing, a taste for risk analysis and a vision geared towards continuous improvement, this opportunity is for you!📋 Main responsibilities:

Ensuring the effectiveness of the internal control environment;
Ensure compliance with legal and financial regulations (local and international);
Map processes and create detailed control flowcharts;
Identifying areas for improvement and proposing robust financial control measures;
Support and collaborate on digital transformation projects;
Developing corporate governance reports and risk indicators;
Collaborate with the Accounting and FP&A areas in defining controls and reporting;
Analyse and address risk areas in financial transactions.
Support internal audits and lead strategic financial initiatives.

🔍Profile and requirements:

Degree in Finance, Economics, Management or equivalent field;
Minimum of 3 years' experience in auditing (Big Four experience preferred);
Solid knowledge of COSO, internal control and IFRS;
Fluency in English (required) and Spanish (plus);
Good knowledge of SAP (valued);
Excellent command of Office 365 tools, especially Excel;
Ability to work with multicultural and international teams;
Critical thinking, autonomy, proactivity and focus on process improvement.
