- Logistics department Business Plan preparation & Year-End Closing:
- Inputs gathering: Investments, costs bottom-up for each logistics cost bone, cost center structure creation, headcount needs bottom-up, scrap value projection;
- Gap analysis: Top-down and bottom-up targets;
- Premises and measures definition;
- Logistics target calculation;
- Accruals calculation.
- Quarterly and monthly logistics cost forecast and steering:
- Analyse costs deviations and report root causes;
- Measures definition and follow-up;
- Risks analysis;
- Accruals calculation;
- Assure costs cash-back;
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting to plant & division level (ME & VM) including MyMeasures tool.
- Lead constructive discussions to address deviations from expected results, proposing effective solutions;
- Lead projects in logistics related with stocks & costs improvement.
- Stocks Forecast & Steering for ME and VM:
- Inputs gathering, define premises and measures (BP, CFs, Monthly);
- Analyse stock deviations and report root causes;
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting to plant & division level.
- Blocked Stock;
- Special stock & iMAP.
- Academic background in Economics, Management or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial operations, preferably in reporting, accounting and data analytics.
- Fluent proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Solid knowledge in logistics processes, accounting and project management;
- Proficiency in MS Office (namely Excel, Power Point and Power BI) and in SAC (SAP analytic Cloud);
- Comfortable operating in SAP or in a similar ERP;
- Ability to understand complex technical tasks with a result-oriented and self-organized mindset;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Proactive, focused and experienced in stakeholder management.
