- Create, localize, and manage content updates in a CMS at global level, based on set digital campaign plan.
- Successfully deliver assigned projects end-to-end through effective application of project management methodologies.
- Think globally and x-functionally to identify project dependencies and impact, raise dependency issues with the project sponsor and co-create solutions.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders from other functions such as digital activation, agencies, translations team, QA team, IT, local markets, business unit, etc.
- Work closely with brand marketing teams to ensure the timely publication of campaigns to digital platforms.
- Provide expert knowledge on digital guidelines within the adidas ecosystem.
- Operate of various CMS tools, including ContentFlow.
- Support and provide CMS system training to global and local teams.
- Collaborate and support process and technical improvements as key CMS user.
- Internal: Global Digital Activation Managers, Brand Comms Managers, Process Managers, Product Owners, etc.
- External: Agencies, External Content Management, Translations Project Managers, Soft and Hardware Support teams, plus various external stakeholders.

- Education/apprenticeship in digital marketing, digital communications, IT, digital business, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of progressive work in a digital field. Work experience in mid to large-scale project management is a plus.
- Experience with Content Management Systems preferred.
- Knowledge of web development or design is a plus.
- Any experience with digital production, content marketing and eCommerce is preferred.
- Computer and technology skills: proficiency in standard office programs and project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint and Airtable is a plus.
- Fluency in English.
