This position is vital in ensuring ServiceNow continues to support the Kantar business in meeting our colleagues and the business needs whether they be about Tech, HR or Finance. You will be pivotal to continuously enhance the platform to “make it easier to get things done in Kantar”Acting as the bridge between stakeholders and the development team, you will ensure alignment of objectives and delivery excellence. You will strive to continually improve the colleague experience in ServiceNow, by harnessing your UX design skills and process optimisation knowledge to drive excellent experiencesYou will be responsible for defining product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project goals. Working with partners and suppliers you will maintain excellent knowledge of current and future ServiceNow productsJob GoalsDefine the strategic vision and scope of ServiceNow for Kantar, engaging stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.Prioritize, plan, and oversee delivery of key enhancements to the ServiceNow platform that drive improved colleague and customer experience.Advise on and implement ServiceNow best practices, optimizing platform usage to address business challenges efficiently.Facilitate effective collaboration among cross-functional teams, ensuring clear requirements, smooth integration, and successful delivery of new features.Identify and initiate continuous improvement opportunities within ServiceNow processes and value delivery, reducing technical debt and enhancing agility.Ideal Skills & CapabilitiesShown experience using ServiceNow is roles such as (technical) business analyst, product owner, or solution architect, demonstrating the ability to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.
