- Collaborating closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to uphold guest satisfaction.
- Resolving guest concerns promptly and efficiently, ensuring an uninterrupted and enjoyable stay.
- Playing a pivotal role in maintaining a positive online reputation through exceptional guest interactions.
- Preparing breakfast buffet
- Sending Police Report
- Exceptional communication skills and a welcoming demeanour.
- A proactive problem-solving approach and a strong desire to assist guests.
- A detail-oriented and organized work style.
- Proficiency in basic computer software (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).
- A team player with a knack for effective collaboration.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in customer service (bonus points for hospitality experience).
- Proficiency in spoken and written English; familiarity with other languages is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work varying night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of the MEWS programme highly valued.
