- Define the integration of the customer experience journey into the quality management system of Bosch;
- In a global set up, you will work closely with Bosch's User Experience corporate team to define the UX strategy in quality and promote innovation projects within the area;
- Establish a network across Bosch divisions and external communities of expertise in user experience;
- Define management metrics for customer experience in quality for Bosch Group applicable to all divisions;
- Define regulation and governance principals for corporate quality in Bosch Group.
- Education: degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business or similar;
- Experience: experience in defining user experience strategy in multinational environment;
- Know how: good knowledge in the Human Centered Design process and approach, Design Thinking, and project planning of UX and Design activities. Good understanding of product quality;
- Working Style: enthusiastic, communicative and structured work style with a problem-solving mindset. Ability to lead complex and innovative topics and create an international network, internal and external to Bosch;
- Personality: proactive and autonomous, with an assertive and inspiring communication style. Interested in working in an international set up, with ability to adapt and influence;
- Languages: very good knowledge and communication in English. Knowledge of German is a plus.
