System Administrator M/F

• Systems Administration: Manage environments with physical and virtual servers in public and private clouds. Administer operating systems from various vendors (Linux, Windows), including patching, updates, backups, monitoring, and infrastructure services such as AD, DNS, GPOs, etc.
• Virtualization Platform Administration: Manage and optimize VMWare systems, namely vSphere ESXi and VMware vCenter, as well as Microsoft Hyper-V. Knowledge of Omnissa Horizon 8 will be considered a plus.
• Scripting and Automation: Automate repetitive tasks through scripting. Experience with Python, Bash, PowerShell, or Ansible will be considered a plus.
• Monitoring: Evaluate system performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
• Security: Ensure system security by implementing and maintaining security policies, patches, and updates. Knowledge of Microsoft SCCM will be considered a plus.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, procedures, and changes to ensure knowledge continuity.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, Information Technology, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or related fields;
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles;
• Proven experience in Microsoft and Linux systems administration, as well as virtualization solutions (VMware and Hyper-V);
• Solid experience in cloud environments (Azure, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Microsoft Defender);
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using languages such as Python, Bash, PowerShell, or Ansible;
• Strong understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements in Microsoft and Linux systems;
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies;
• Certifications in the technologies mentioned (preferred);
• Proficiency in English.
