- Involvement in product development, the production process, sales, finance and human resources.
- Working closely with the operations manager (responsible for the entire production process).
- Closely monitors development and is the main point of contact with sales staff.
- Monitors product development, production, purchasing and quotations through daily meetings with the teams.
- Working closely with the Group's founder and managing partner to develop, motivate and unite the teams.
- Coordinating communication with the client: follow-up emails, technical dossiers, planning, costing, technical feasibility, any delays and prioritising delivery and development.
- Managing the team to guarantee a commercial approach adapted to each client and to ensure understanding of the specific needs related to the products developed and produced.
- International experience in high-end products
- Minimum 3 years' experience in textile production.
- Personal and professional characteristics valued: detail-orientated, structured, reactive, adaptable to an international environment and culture.
- A love of fashion and products, as well as an understanding of the sector's problems: organising priorities, development and production deadlines, planning.
- Fluent in English. Portuguese and french is a plus.
