- Lead and coordinate the SAP roll-in across the Portuguese entity, covering process design, change management, training, validation, compliance, and communication.
- Act as Project Operations Manager and main point of contact for project implementation.
- Manage the local backlog and align daily activities with overall priorities.
- Ensure timely allocation of local resources and expertise.
- Support capacity planning and resource management.
- Maintain continuous engagement with the Hub team, escalate issues, and report progress.
- Coordinate logistics and on-site arrangements (meeting rooms, facilities, etc.).
- Bridge Production and Commercial teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Align with the corporate change management strategy.
- Report directly to local business management and the executive board.
- Monitor project progress, mitigate local risks and issues, and provide regular updates
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and standards.
- Engage with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Organize daily operations, team meetings, and schedules.
- Degree in Engineering, Management, Industrial Production, or a related field.
- Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) – mandatory.
- Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience working as a Project Manager.
- Experience in SAP implementation projects.
- Proven track record in large-scale transformation programs.
- Solid experience in industrial production environments.
- Familiarity with both Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to navigate complex organizations.
- Self-driven, autonomous, and highly solution-oriented.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes.
- Fluent in English - C1/C2 (Mandatory).
Availability: Willing to work on-site 4–5 days/week during initial phases.
