This IS Aptoide!🧩 Who you areYou’re a creative and data-driven marketing professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about digital communication. You bring hands-on experience in both B2C and B2B marketing, know how to manage performance-driven campaigns, and have a feel for what resonates with gaming communities. You’re excited to grow a brand that challenges the status quo in the app distribution world.🎯 What are you going to do?As a Marketing Specialist, you’ll help define and execute our marketing strategy across multiple channels, working to grow brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and engage our user and developer communities.You will:
  • Plan, launch, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels (social, email, paid media, content)
  • Manage paid acquisition and performance marketing efforts, continuously testing and optimizing for results
  • Create compelling content for different audiences, from blog posts and email newsletters to ad copy and community updates
  • Engage with gaming communities and contribute to communication efforts that build loyalty and trust
  • Collaborate across teams to support product launches, community initiatives, and developer outreach
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing KPIs, using data to refine and improve campaigns
⭐ What are we looking for?Must-haves:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally in tech or software (B2C and/or B2B)
  • Hands-on experience with paid media platforms and marketing automation tools
  • Strong writing and communication skills in English
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Creative thinker who stays ahead of trends and experiments with new ideas
  • Comfortable navigating online communities, ideally with some exposure to gaming or developer ecosystems
Nice to have:
  • Experience working in or with mobile app or gaming companies
  • Familiarity with SEO, influencer marketing, and/or affiliate marketing
