Defining the product vision aligned with the company's strategy;
Creating, prioritizing, and managing the product backlog;
Building strong partnerships across different departments (engineering, marketing, and sales);
Working hand-in-hand with development teams to guarantee on-time delivery and maintain high standards of quality;
Engaging proactively in agile rituals such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
