Randstad Digital is hiring a DevOps Engineer for direct integration, in a multinacional company located in Porto.Hybrid work model (3 days on-site; 2 days remote / week).As a DevOps Engineer within the System Team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and monitoring that support our enterprise systems. You will work in IT operations and collaborate closely with IT OPS, 3 rd party developers and security teams to ensure reliable, scalable, and secure system deployments.Skills

3 + years of experience with DevOps tools: Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes/AKS, Git, and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python).

Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).

Experience with infrastructure-as-code and configuration management.

Experience with monitoring and alerting systems.

Knowledge and experience with Elasticsearch (ELK stack as a plus).

Knowledge of system administration (Windows/Linux) and networking fundamentals.

Excellent problem-solving and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub or equivalent tools.

Deploy, manage, and scale containerized applications in Azure Kubernetes (AKS).

Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using tools like Terraform, Bicep, or similar.

Monitor system performance and availability using Prometheus, Azure Monitor, Solarwinds, SCOM or Grafana.

Collaborate with 3rd party developers and system and software specialists to streamline deployment and rollback processes.

Implement and enforce security best practices, including RBAC and privileged access management.

Maintain documentation for infrastructure, deployment processes, and incident response.
