- Contract Operationalization: Ensure the contract is fully set up for execution, coordinating with internal stakeholders to confirm all operational requirements are met;
-Order Fulfilment & Quality Assurance: Oversee the fulfilment of orders, running quality checks on all manual entries completed by the team to ensure accuracy and compliance;
-Partner Engagement: Act as the main point of contact for the partner, providing guidance, timely updates on progress, and managing delivery or billing disputes as they arise;
-Executive Updates: Prepare and deliver clear, concise executive-level updates and presentations throughout the lifecycle of the deal;
-Documentation Management: Maintain all deal-related documentation in a structured and organized repository, ensuring accessibility and completeness.
-Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of four or more individuals in a matrix environment, driving accountability and collaboration without direct authority.
-Attention to Detail: Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of deal management and documentation.
-Structured Project Management: Apply structured project management methodologies to ensure tasks are tracked, deadlines met, and risks mitigated.Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing complex projects or deals, ideally in a technology or services environment.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience engaging partners and executive stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools and documentation management systems [Preferred: Relevant certifications such as PMP, Prince2, etc.]
