The choice is yours.Your Mission:The HRBP Wholesale operates on a local level and reports to the HRBP Commerce.As an HR Business Partner, you will serve as a vital link between the People function and the business and your mission is to ensure that HR strategies are effectively implemented and embraced across the organization through strong stakeholder management. By acting as a trusted advisor and consultant to leaders and employees, you will align our people strategy with business goals-driving impactful organizational change, developing a high-performing culture, and focusing on leadership, talent retention, and team growth. You will partner with the Wholesale area to maximize growth, leverage talent, and elevate organizational capabilities, helping to shape a winning and agile company for the future.Who will you report to: HRBP CommerceLocation: VialongaYour Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the company's People Plan and develop and implement the Functional People Plan for the area, aligning it to the overall Wholesale strategy
  • Gain a deep understanding of the business needs and challenges of the different departments and the employee life cycle for the different personas within the Wholesale area.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to leaders and managers by providing HR expertise, coaching, data-driven insights, and tailored solutions for each business area.
  • Partner with the stakeholders to design, challenge and develop action plans to answer the business areas strategic needs, providing HR expertise.
  • Drive a robust performance management cycle in line with global standards, supporting and challenging managers and employees.
  • Lead succession planning and talent mapping processes to ensure a strong pipeline for key roles and close capability gaps.
  • Contribute to building actions to increase employee engagement, support Climate process and action plan activities, and help create a positive, high performing work environment
  • Guide and develop leadership capability and foster behaviors aligned with company culture and strategic priorities.
  • Conduct strategic workforce planning to ensure the organization has the right size, shape, cost, and agility for the future.
  • Ensure the organizational framework (structures, job descriptions and job grades) reflects and is aligned with the Company's objectives.
  • Lead, support, and communicate organizational change initiatives, ensuring the right capabilities are in place and structures, processes, and HR policies remain aligned with company strategy and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate in the development and implementation of change management strategies to support business transformation.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance, partnering with the Labour Relations as needed/required
  • Provide relevant business and people analytics to support decision-making and drive continuous improvement in the organization.
  • Liaise with the HR COE's (centers of expertise) to attract, develop, and retain top talent to meet the organization's needs.
We want you to bring:
  • Degree and / Or master's in human resources, management or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner required
  • 3-5 years of proven experience on a Human Resources Role
  • Preferred work experience in Logistics or Manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, CLA regulations and experience engaging with union representatives and managing union-related matters.
  • High degree of stakeholder management skills at all levels and ability to build strong, close relationships across teams and business areas
  • Excellent client facing and internal communication skills
  • Strong autonomy and ability to make independent decisions
  • Agility to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
  • Proven adaptability and resilience in challenging situations
  • Proactive attitude and hands-on approach, with the right energy and enthusiasm
  • Valid Driving licence (light vehicles, manual gearbox)
  • Availability to travel
  • Have the necessary documentation to provide subordinate work in Portugal at the time of the application (elimination factor)
  • Portuguese (fluent)
  • English (minimum B2)
