Responsabilidades:Our client is a reference multinational company of investment products by industry experts, with excellent market positioning, which intends to start its Finance & Corporate Services division in Portugal with the recruitment of an OTC Confirmation & Clearing Analyst.This professional will be part of the OTC Confirmations & Clearing team, supporting the post-trade lifecycle of OTC derivative transactions across FX, Equity, Rates, and Credit products. Responsibilities include the timely affirmation of trades on electronic platforms, drafting and reviewing ISDA confirmations for both vanilla and structured products, monitoring cleared transactions, and ensuring booking accuracy in internal systems. The OTC Confirmation & Clearing Analyst will liaise closely with internal stakeholders-such as trading, middle office, and legal-as well as external clients and counterparties to resolve trade discrepancies, confirmation mismatches, or settlement issues, while also contributing to process improvement and automation of confirmation workflows.We are looking for a professional with a bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, or related subjects, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in OTC derivatives operations, particularly within confirmations. We value profiles with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced and demanding environment. Knowledge of ISDA definitions and experience with platforms such as MarkitWire, VCON or DTCC is highly valued. VBA and macro skills are a plus. Proficiency in Portuguese and English is required.
