We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior SAP EWM Consultant to join our team, helping organizations optimize their warehouse operations and ensure successful implementation of SAP EWM solutions tailored to complex business environments.ResponsibilitiesDesign, configure, and implement SAP EWM solutions for diverse warehouse and supply chain operationsTranslate business needs into comprehensive functional specifications, covering inbound/outbound processes, RF framework, and ERP/MM/SD/PP integrationsHost workshops with stakeholders to define requirements and propose process improvements aligned with best practicesGuide junior consultants and project teams through all phases of the project lifecycle: blueprints, realization, testing, go-live, and supportEnsure seamless integration of EWM with SAP S/4HANA or ECC systems, and external technologies like automation/conveyorsIdentify and resolve system issues related to inventory management, stock control, physical inventory, and picking strategiesOptimize system features including slotting/rearrangement, labor management, wave management, and yard logisticsDocument system specs, test scenarios, training materials, and configuration guides to support consistency and knowledge transferOffer post-go-live technical and functional support while driving operational improvementRequirements3+ years of SAP experience with specialization in EWM including a minimum of 3 successful full-cycle implementationsKnowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and industry best practices in supply chain managementExpertise in SAP EWM integration with S/4HANA or ECC systems (MM, SD, PP, QM modules)Background in advanced EWM features like RF framework, slotting, labor management, and yard logisticsStrong leadership skills with the ability to manage delivery and collaborate across international teamsFamiliarity with debugging processes and coordination with ABAP development teamsNice to haveUnderstanding of automation systems and integration with EWM such as conveyors and robotic processesSkills in related SAP modules like TM (Transportation Management) or APOShowcase of experience in hybrid project environments combining traditional and agile methodologiesWe offer/Benefits
