- Day to day query resolution and timely process escalations;

- Handling Client Calls / Escalation process;
- Measuring KPI's;
- Preparation of Business / Process review deck;

- Collections of debts by call and email;
- Manage disputes.
- Advanced level of English and Portuguese;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Domain knowledge;
- Excellent skills in MS Office, especially MS Excel, MS Visio (Process Mapping);
- Customer Centricity;
- Effective delegation & Time management;
- Commitment for excellence;
- Projects improvement;
- ERP exposure, SAP/MS Visio;
- 2-3 years of experience in relevant F&A operations.
