Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines aligned with business goals.
Act as a tech lead, promoting best practices, resolving technical challenges, and ensuring performance, security, and compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing clear documentation and technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
Contribute to budgeting, estimations, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

YOUR PROFILE

10+ years of experience in data engineering.
Proficient in ETL/ELT tools such as Matillion, BODS, and DBT.
Hands-on experience with databases (MS-SQL, Snowflake, Redshift) and cloud platforms.
Strong skills in Python, NodeJS, and BI/AI/ML technologies.
Familiar with DevOps practices, data governance, compliance (SoX, GDPR), and security protocols.
Excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
Solid experience in team leadership and project management (SDD/TDD documentation).
