In this role, you will support our Brand & Integrated Campaigns function with campaign performance tracking, data handling, and reporting. You will play a key role in ensuring our campaigns are data-driven, measurable, and continuously improving.

Support campaign managers with data collection, cleaning, and analysis across multiple marketing channels (e.g., Marketo Measure, Demandbase, Cvent, Adobe AEM, etc.)
Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using Salesforce, Tableau and Power BI to support the Marketing team.
Monitor campaign performance and flag anomalies, trends, or optimization opportunities
Help manage large datasets from global campaigns, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery
Collaborate with the acquisition teams, sales operations and campaign teams to gather and refine requirements, ensure data flows and campaign tracking are aligned
Support ad-hoc reporting needs and deep-dives into campaign effectiveness
Provide insights that help improve targeting, engagement, and ROI of integrated campaigns

Requirements

Enrolled student in the field of Marketing, (International) Business Administration, Communications, Data Analytics, or other related fields
Must have at least 1 year left before graduation
Advanced Excel and MS Office skills (pivot tables, handling large data sets, accuracy under volume)
Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn and take initiative
Courage to explore new tools and processes (MS Teams, SharePoint, monday.com)
Proficiency in English
