In this role you will be responsible for:

Selecting and approving the recruitment of your team;
Ensuring the staffing needs of the project;
Being in charge of the management and development of your team;
Managing the needs of the clients where your consultants are recruited;
Managing a P&L.

YOUR PROFILE

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position;
Fluent in English;
Banking experience market (plus);
Autonomy, communication and leadership skills;
