- Project Coordination: Assist in project planning, resource coordination, and progress monitoring.
- Facilitate, coordinate and produce status reports and status reporting meetings to key project stakeholders
- Standards and Methodologies: Ensure compliance with project management standards and provide training.
- Risk and Issue Management: Track and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison, present findings, and support reporting needs.
- Continuous Improvement: Enhance reporting processes and implement new tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, IT or related field
- Experience in project management or PMO. Experience of project managing ERP or systems implementation projects is a plus
- Proficiency in project management and data analysis tools (e.g., Jira, Excel, PowerBI is a plus).
