The Opportunity:Under close supervision, provide direct benchtop services support at customer facilities. Execute routine laboratory support procedures and preparations (e.g. media/buffer prep, solvent/reagent mixtures, filtrations, material weighing, some physical testing, witness senior staff experiments). Maintain lab inventory and labeling (e.g. chemical reagents, glassware, gas cylinder levels). Verification/maintenance of laboratory equipment (e.g. balances, pH meters, sonicator cleaning, glass washing).Chemical Analyst

This is your chance to contribute to cutting-edge manufacturing and research while growing your career in a supportive, fast-paced setting.Major Duties and ResponsibilitiesAs a Chemical Analyst, you will:Perform routine quantitative and qualitative biological or chemical tests using standard proceduresOperate purification equipment for manufacturing in accordance with SOPsSupport experiments to develop scaled-up purification processesProvide technical assistance to production operationsCalibrate, troubleshoot, and validate laboratory equipmentIndependently interpret specifications and procedures, and document experiments accuratelyMaintain laboratory notebooks, testing records, and worksheets per established protocolsTake on additional responsibilities as assignedQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline preferred3–5 years of laboratory experience or equivalent academic backgroundStrong understanding of production and manufacturing environmentsFamiliarity with biological/pharmaceutical manufacturing equipmentExcellent time management, communication, and organizational skillsKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesAbility to meet all customer requirements including background checks, health screenings, and security clearancesSkilled in using laboratory instruments and conducting analytical testsStrong verbal and written communication skillsProfessional demeanor with a proactive, customer-focused attitudeCommitment to safety, quality, and compliance with site protocolsSelf-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independentlyValid driver’s license requiredAbility to lift up to 25 lbsProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and ExcelStrong task prioritization and deadline managementFamiliarity with VWR products and services is a plusDemonstrated problem-solving abilitiesWhy Join UsBe part of a team that values innovation, integrity, and impactWork in a collaborative environment with opportunities for growthMake a difference in the development of life-changing products and processesReady to take your analytical skills to the next level?
