- Efficiently handle incoming support inquiries (non-voice - via chat and/or ticket) with accuracy
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and escalate complex issues as needed
- Investigate and collect information to provide to customer
- Provide detailed and organised customer support and seek for initiatives to improve the overall customer experience
- Have an advanced level of Spanish (written and oral) (C1) and a good level of English (B2)
- Understand of how social platforms function
- Have proved computer skills and diligent worker
- Have high attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Have the ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally
- Full-time 6-month contract (with the possibility of renewal)
