- Prepare tax accounting entries, reconciliations and disclosures in our ERP
- Support the annual tax close process, including deferred and current tax calculations under IFRS and local GAAP.
- Assist with the preparation and coordination with the external advisor of corporate income tax returns (CIT).
- Maintain accurate internal documentation (tax packs) to support tax positions across the groupCollect and prepare transfer pricing documentation, including Local File for all relevant jurisdictions.
- Track and document intercompany transactions to ensure compliance with transfer pricing policies.
- Assist in implementing and testing tax-related internal controls and ensure consistent audit trails.
- Support external and internal audits by providing documentation and explaining tax positions.
- Monitor changes in tax legislation (CIT, VAT, TP) and assist in evaluating their impact.
- Collaborate with finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure alignment on tax implications of business flows.
- Contribute to improving and standardising tax processes, reporting routines, and documentation practices within the Excellence Centre
- Support the preparation of the Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR) and Pillar 2 compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Taxation or a related field.
- 3- 5 years of experience in tax compliance, tax accounting.
- Fluency in English (mandatory); other European languages are a plus
- Strong knowledge of CIT, VAT, and transfer pricing fundamentals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with global ERP systems (NetSuite or similar is a plus).
- Excellent Excel and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with IFRS and/or European GAAP
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, international environment.
