- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals and market trends;
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets;
- Establish sales objectives, KPIs, and performance metrics; monitor and analyze results to drive continuous improvement;
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs;
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status;
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while maintaining customer satisfaction;
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management;
- Foster a high-performance sales culture with clear cadence, recognition, and accountability;
- Collaborate effectively with other areas (e.g., Business Development, Operations, Finance, HR) to drive business growth;
- Ensure compliance with company processes, policies, and regulatory requirements
- Ensure compliance with TP processes, policies and codes, including but not limited to TOPS/BEST, Global Information Security Policies (GISP), Information Security Standards (ISS), Privacy, Human Resources, Corporate Social Responsibility, among others, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
- Higher Education Degree (preferential);
- Fluent in English (mandatory);
- 10 years managing sales operations (any level e.g., team leader to ACM to CCM, mandatory);
- 3-5 years of leading an outbound B2B sales operations (ideally but not essentially in digital advertising environments) - (Senior position OD and above);
- Experience managing HC of +150 salespeople (mandatory);
- Defined experience in being 1)Strong communicator, 2)embedding sales cultures, 3)stakeholder management, 4)financial management (p&l), 5)improving processes & 6)team development.
