Conduct on-site mechanical and electrical assembly and troubleshooting of GIS equipment, ensuring effective problem-solving.
Prioritize health and safety by adhering to protocols, conducting risk assessments, and maintaining a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure efficient project execution, contributing to the electrification of communities and industries.
Perform inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, aligning with our sustainability goals.
Provide technical support and training to local teams and clients, empowering them to implement our innovative solutions effectively.
Adapt to various working conditions and cultures while maintaining a positive attitude and a strong commitment to health and safety practices.

What You Bring

A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent technical experience.
Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to engineering challenges.
Willingness to travel extensively, with availability for travel abroad 80-90% of the time.
Fluency in English, with outstanding communication skills.
A proactive attitude and a passion for learning and professional growth.
