- Steering Fundamentals Development: Lead the preparation and continuous improvement of steering fundamentals for our Hire-to-Retire (H2R) process. Ensure data quality and accuracy throughout the lifecycle.
- Data Analysis and Tracking: Collaborate with business partners to perform in-depth data analysis, define relevant KPIs, and track performance metrics. Use your analytical skills to extract valuable insights that drive business outcomes.
- Reporting and Planning: Take charge of planning and forecasting activities, including the preparation of monthly reports and current forecasts. Present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Process Implementation: Drive the implementation of efficient processes and methodologies to streamline our H2R operations.
- Dashboard Development: Create insightful and user-friendly dashboards for regular reporting and self-service purposes. Empower stakeholders with actionable information at their fingertips.
- Global Collaboration: Work collaboratively within worldwide projects, ensuring a cross-functional and cross-process mindset to achieve shared goals.
- Controlling and Business Planning: Play a key role in month-end closing, forecasting, and business planning. Analyze and report on controlling-relevant information.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a Business Partner for our international customers and management, delivering valuable insights and fostering strong relationships.
Degree (BA, MA, or equivalent) in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Business Mathematics, or Business Informatics.Experience and Knowledge:
Several years of experience in Controlling or related areas (e.g., HR, Purchasing, Logistics, Accounting). Solid understanding of controlling principles and business processes.IT Skills:
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel. Experience with SAP and Power BI is a strong advantage.Languages:
Fluent in English (spoken and written); German is a plus.Working Style:
Systematic, independent, and precise. Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.Personality:
